What You’ll Do
* Provide mobile primary care to geriatric patients within 25 miles of your home* Manage chronic conditions (CHF, hypertension, diabetes, etc.) to enhance quality of life* Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care
What We’re Looking For
Licensed NP/PA-C in Washington State DEA License (or ability to obtain within 90 days) BLS/CPR Certification Passion for geriatric care and chronic disease management Reliable transportation & home office setup
