Advanced Practice Provider – Endocrinology (NP/PA) | Full-Time (1.0 FTE) | Renton, WA

Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Advanced Practice Provider – Endocrinology (NP/PA) to join our established, collaborative, and collegial team of providers. Our approach to patient-centered care is team-based. We are a general endocrinology clinic. This is a great opportunity for the APP who is passionate about providing long-term care for patients with diabetes and chronic disease.

• Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
• General Schedule: 5/8-hour days, primarily in the Renton clinic with the potential to work occasionally in the Covington clinic
• No call
• Average # of patients: 14-16
• Support Staff: RN Care Manager, Medical Assistants, Patient Access Associates
• Practitioners: 3 MDs, 1 APP, and 1 Pharmacist

• Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
• Experience in endocrinology is strongly preferred
• Certified Diabetes Educator certification or in progress would be ideal

Base Salary: $135,000 – $145,000
