Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Practitioner (ARNP/PA/MD/DO) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and family-centered care. The Practitioner will work collaboratively with internal and external healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, personalized patient care.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on assessment findings.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options including Eastern medicine as appropriate.
  • Manage acute and chronic illnesses, including prescribing medications as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across various settings.
  • Participate in infection control measures and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Engage in utilization review processes to optimize patient outcomes and resource use.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Skills

  • Proficiency in primary care practices with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Experience or knowledge with pediatric, womens health, and primary care populations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
  • Ability to perform specimen collection processing effectively.
  • Willingness to complete whole patient appointments including rooming, vitals, specimen collection, and immunizations.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to $225,000.00 per year
