Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Infusion Center

Location: Woodbridge, VAJob Type: Full-timeSetting: Outpatient Infusion Center

Position Overview

TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient infusion center in Woodbridge, VA. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and care coordination for patients with acute and chronic conditions.

We welcome NPs and PAs from all clinical backgrounds who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong clinical judgment, and preferably excellent IV and infusion-related skills.

About TwelveStone Infusion Centers

TwelveStone Infusion Centers manages the full continuum of infusion care—from intake and assessment through treatment completion. Our primary focus is the safe and effective administration of biologic therapies such as Remicade and Tysabri. Additional infusion services include antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids. The role may also include sterile dressing changes and laboratory draws as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient- and family-centered IV infusion care in an outpatient setting.
  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients with acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Coordinate care and maintain clear communication among physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
  • Advocate for patients and families while navigating the healthcare system.
  • Promote teamwork, mutual respect, and trust within a collaborative care model.
  • Review, update, and recommend clinical policies, procedures, and educational initiatives.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program (for NP).
  • Active and unrestricted APRN/NP and RN license in the state of practice OR

PA degree with NCCPA certification and active state license.

  • Current Board Certification (ANCC or AANP for NP; NCCPA for PA).
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (hands-on/in-person required).

Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an NP or PA in a clinical setting

OR

  • 3+ years of RN experience in oncology, ER, ICU, and/or infusion center.
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise in managing patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Prior infusion experience strongly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65.00 – $67.50 per hour
