Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Clinical Director, overseeing daily operations and patient care
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and support team to ensure a patient-first experience
- Evaluate and treat patients in the following areas: Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Erectile Dysfunction (Trimix, Gainswave, P-Shot, Rx therapies), Weight Loss, Peptide Therapy, Vitamin Therapy, and PRP Hair Restoration
- Maintain and grow clinic performance and census goals
- Ensure full compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory standards
- Represent Gameday at health fairs, sports events, and community partnerships
- Support marketing initiatives including social media collaborations
- Build referral relationships with local providers in urology, endocrinology, and wellness
Qualifications
- Active PA license in Virginia (in good standing)
- DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration
- 3+ years clinical experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong comfort level with men’s health, hormone therapy, and wellness topics
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Business-minded and excited to grow a clinic
- Experience supervising or managing a clinic is highly desirable
- Must complete ~20 hours of paid onboarding and training
Skills & Experience
- Primary Care, Urology, Sports Medicine, or Occupational Health
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Leadership and practice development
- Men’s Health, Endocrinology, TRT experience a plus
