Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant/Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our rapidly growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in one of our multiple clinic settings. This role involves working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat vascular disease in a wide range of patients, ensuring adherence to established medical standards and protocols.
Duties
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Perform procedures such as wound care and venous ablations.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Document patient interactions accurately in Athena electronic health records.
- Travel locally to outreach clinic sites.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care standards.
Skills
- Knowledge of vascular principles and practices.
- Familiarity with clinical operations within a clinic setting.
- Understanding of wound care
- Ability to provide compassionate home care services to patients.
- Experience working in vascular medicine or interventional radiology preferred however not necessary.
- Strong understanding of medical standards and best practices related to patient care.
- Excellent communication skills
