Dermatology Physician Assistant
Roanoke, VA
Full time, 40hr/wk., M-F position
Responsibilities include providing diagnostic and therapeutic care including performing examinations, ordering laboratory tests, and developing a treatment plan for patient care as directed by a supervising physician.
Essential Skills:
· Possesses wide-ranging knowledge of clinical and surgical dermatology.
· Good problem solving and analytical skills.
· Proficiency in suturing, elliptical excisions, and surgical assist.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to work as a team member.
· Well-organized with attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns.
Requirements:
Certification by the National Commission of the Certification of Physician Assistants.
Dermatology experience
Pay: $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year. Pay may be negotiable with extensive dermatology experience.
