We have been expanding our psych services within our facilities. The goal of this position is to help reduce the use of antipsychotic medications and promote nonpharmacological approaches and person-centered care practices.
Mid-Atlantic Long Term Care, a provider owned company, is seeking qualified Psychiatric Physician Assistants to join our practice. We are a group of over 95 providers currently serving over 125 Long Term Care Facilities.
We have serviced Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Continuous Care Retirement Communities for over 20 years.
We pride ourselves in providing a high quality of care to our residents and facilities. Our providers set their own schedules, and cover as many facilities and residents as they desire, as income is based on productivity.
The ideal candidate will have long term care and/or geriatric psychiatric experience. For those with clinical experience, but no long term care experience, we provide training regarding the regulatory and clinical model of long term care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
