Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, Palliative Care for Newport News/Hampton- Full-Time
MALTC has recently added several communities throughout the Newport News/Hampton area and we need additional palliative care support.

Mid-Atlantic Long Term Care, a provider owned company, is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our practice in the beautiful Hampton Roads region of Virginia. We are a group of over 170 providers currently serving over 150 Long Term Care Facilities. We have serviced Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Continuous Care Retirement Communities for over 25 years.

Qualifications:
· Requires licensing in the State of Virginia.
· Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred)
· Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records systems
- Must possess effective communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and facility staff

Pay: $105,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
