Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – BHRT, Medical Weight Loss and Longevity Medicine.
Holistic Health & Wellness Clinic is growing and actively seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team.
We are looking for a confident provider who delivers high-quality results, builds strong patient relationships, and wants to grow within a busy, established, private-pay practice.
Our services combine bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), medical weight loss, and aesthetic medicine, giving providers multiple ways to help patients feel their best while building long-term loyalty and referrals.

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and review medical histories
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide BHRT services including pellet therapy
- Perform aesthetic treatments including Botox and dermal fillers
- Support medical weight loss patients
- Educate patients and guide them toward appropriate services
- Document encounters accurately within the EMR
- Maintain compliance with safety, privacy, and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Virginia
- Eligible to obtain and maintain DEA registration
- All licenses must be in good standing
Preferred Experience
- Hormone optimization / wellness medicine
- Medical weight loss management
- Aesthetic consultations and injectables
- Suturing or minor procedures
Providers with strong clinical skills who want to expand into longevity medicine are encouraged to apply. We will train the right person.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
