ENT Physician Assistant (PA) – Position Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ENT Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat) practice. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated healthcare professional with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
- Perform detailed histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Assist ENT physicians in managing both acute and chronic conditions such as sinus disorders, hearing loss, vertigo, allergies, throat issues, and sleep-related breathing disorders.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (audiograms, imaging, labs, endoscopy procedures, etc.).
- Formulate and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications as appropriate.
- Perform or assist with in-office procedures (ear cleanings, flexible laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy, biopsies, wound care, etc.).
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient evaluations and follow-up.
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, audiologists, and other staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR system.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current PA-C certification and state licensure (or eligibility).
- ENT/Otolaryngology experience preferred, but motivated new graduates will be considered.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Pay: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34.0 – 39.0 per week
