Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting a Board-Certified NP or PA APP for a locum tenens assignment to a permanent hire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large established physician-led healthcare services for residents and patients of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Start Date: January 2026
Assignment Length: 3-6 months locum assignment
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Rate: Negotiable all-inclusive rate based on commitment; will be discussed on initial call
Credentialing Timeline: 30 days
Position Overview:
- Facility Type: Assisted Living Facilities & Skilled Nursing Homes
- Coverage: Scheduled clinical hours only – No call
- Case Types: Geriatric medicine
- Population: Geriatric patient population
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active Virginia license required
- Certifications: BLS & ACLS
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Long-term Care/Geriatric care
Compensation:
- Rate: Negotiable based on commitment (all-inclusive 1099)
