At Virginia Internal Medicine in Arlington, VA, you’ll have the opportunity to manage your schedule, grow with on-the-job training, and enjoy a work-life balance without micromanagement. With pay ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 per year, we also offer malpractice coverage and credentialing, so you can focus on what matters most-providing exceptional patient care.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
As a full- or part-time Nurse Practitioner – Physician Assistant, you’ll spend your day meeting with patients, managing medication reduction plans, and having important goals of care conversations to develop long-term health plans for each patient. In this nursing role, you’ll work closely with the Virginia Internal Medicine team yet have the autonomy to make decisions and craft individualized care plans. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A NURSE PRACTITIONER – PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
- Active DEA license (new grads are welcome!)
- Coachable and trainable with a willingness to learn and grow
- Adaptability in a dynamic clinical setting
WORK SCHEDULE
This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities, working Monday to Friday in an inpatient setting. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while working closely with a collaborative medical team.
