OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assess patient health status.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Follow up on lab and test results.
• Manage chronic conditions in adult and geriatric population.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
• Work independently and at time assist physicians with patient care.
• Participate in office meetings.
• Ensure all payor key metrics and quality scores are met.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience or knowledge in primary care setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of physiology and the ability to perform clinical assessments effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in healthcare.
