OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of patient needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a team work environment.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assess patient health status.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Follow up on lab and test results.
- Manage chronic conditions in adult and geriatric population.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Work independently and at time assist physicians with patient care.
- Participate in office meetings.
- Ensure all payor key metrics and quality scores are met.
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Virginia.
- Experience or knowledge in primary care setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of physiology and the ability to perform clinical assessments effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in healthcare.
