Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at Integrated Neurology Services in Northern Virginia. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing and managing patients with various neurological, sleep, psychiatric, and pain conditions, contributing significantly to our commitment to exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with neurological disorders.
- Perform suturing and other clinical procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in clinical research and trials related to neurology.
- Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the state of Virginia.
- Strong skills in patient assessment and clinical procedures, including suturing.
- Experience in neurology or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
