Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. We pride ourselves in supporting our patients’ medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder. Starting our fight against the opioid addiction crisis in 2005, Crossroads has remained physician led and patient focused as we’ve grown to 100+ clinics across nine states. Day in the Life of a Nurse Provider

  • Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings

  • Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment

  • Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards

  • Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services

Schedule & Locations

  • Suffolk Center

  • Monday 5-9am

  • Wednesday 5-9am

  • Friday 5-9am

  • Total weekly hours:12

  • Additional hours available in Petersburg center if desired.

Education and Licensure Requirements

  • Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state you are applying to work in

  • DEA licensure in the state you are applying to

  • Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice

Position Benefits

  • W-2 employment with competitive pay starting at $85/hr
