Waterview Health & Rehab is Now Hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)!
**New Pay Rates**
Shifts available:
- 3p-11p: Full-time, Part-Time, and Every other weekend
- 7a-3p: Full-Time and every other weekend
- 11p-7a: Full-Time and every other weekend
**Not hiring Per Diem or PRN. Only hiring full-time and part-time**
- Pay rate: $30-$35 an hour based on experience!
- Shift differentials for 3-11 & 11-7a shifts

Waterview Health & Rehab is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team! LPN provide direct nursing care to our residents, work alongside a collaborative team, and help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of VA
- At least 1 year of experience in Skilled nursing
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents’ health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
- Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
- Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may start- as early as NEXT WEEK!
