Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in our Taylorsville office. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding patient care while working both autonomously and collaboratively within our healthcare team. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing patient health concerns while ensuring a high standard of care and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
· Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in collaboration with physicians and other medical professionals.
· Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, including laboratory and imaging studies.
· Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
· Educate patients on preventative care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management.
· Maintain accurate and thorough Electronic Health Records (EHR).
· Work closely with the medical team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
· Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.
· Participate in daily patient rounds, write progress notes, conduct patient education, and prepare discharge summaries.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or Health Sciences (PA-C).
· Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (CRNP/ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
· Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
· Proficiency in EHR and e-prescribing software.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
· Manual dexterity to operate medical equipment and perform necessary procedures.
· Visual and auditory acuity to assess patient health and use diagnostic instruments.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
