We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in holistic medicine and hormone therapy. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with our medical team to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. This position will be strictly commission based only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Conduct thorough assessments, including physical examinations, and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Holistic Medicine: Utilize knowledge of holistic approaches to complement conventional treatments, focusing on overall wellness and preventive care.
• Hormone Therapy: Manage and administer hormone therapy protocols, including patient evaluations, treatment adjustments, and ongoing monitoring.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on wellness strategies, holistic health practices, and hormone therapy options, ensuring they are well-informed about their care plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with clinic policies and legal requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Compliance: Adhere to all clinic protocols, state and federal regulations, and best practices in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with specific expertise in holistic medicine and hormone therapy preferred.
• Certification: Current PA-C certification and state licensure.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in holistic medicine practices and hormone therapy protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $117,456.00 – $125,072.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
