Physician’s Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician’s Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Must have experience in Dermatology.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients.
- Diagnose and treat different skin care needs in diverse patient populations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Perform procedures as necessary within the scope of practice,.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Or Must be a Certified Physician’s Assistant.
- Must have experience in Dermatology.
- Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Or Valid state licensure as a Physician’s Assistant.
- Must have Utah licensure.
- Knowledge of rashes, skin cancers, and acne.
- Experience/ Skill in skin cancer excisions and biopsies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $150,188.00 – $163,255.00 per year
