Full Job Description
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – IV Therapy & Wellness
About Cove Health
Cove Health is a human performance, recovery, and longevity destination. We help people invest in their long-term health—not chase quick fixes. Our care model is predictive, preventive, participatory, and personalized. As we open our newest Heber City location, we’re looking for a skilled provider to help us deliver that care from day one.
About the Role
This is a dual clinical role. You’ll be both the hands-on IV provider and the practitioner seeing patients—establishing care, running wellness visits and building long-term relationships with the people we serve. You’ll work with our Medical Director to learn protocols, IV workflow, documentation standards, and care model alongside our established team. If you like variety in your day and want ownership of patient care from intake through treatment, this is a strong fit.
What You’ll Do
- Establish care with new patients and conduct comprehensive wellness checks
- Order and review labs for wellness checks, hormone optimization and replacement therapy.
- Place IVs and administer IV therapy safely and efficiently
- Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
- Support our DEXA Scan, VO2 Max testing and EKG.
- Peptide therapy
- Document encounters accurately and completely in our EMR
- Partner with other members of the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience
- Support a human performance, recovery, and longevity model of care centered on prevention, optimization, and long-term vitality
What We’re Looking For
- Warm, patient-centered communication style
- Active Utah NP or PA license in good standing
- Hands-on longevity medicine practice, IV insertion and IV therapy experience (required)
- Experience establishing care and performing wellness checks and preventive visits
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort working with autonomy
- Reliable, organized, and a genuine team player
Why Join Us
- Be a founding clinical voice at a brand-new location
- Work in a growing human performance, recovery, and longevity practice
- Varied, engaging days—clinical care and procedural work
- Supportive team and structured onboarding
To Apply: Submit your resume and a brief note about your longevity medicine, IV and primary care experience.
