Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical-Surgical ICU travel assignment in Tyler, TX, requiring ACLS/BLS certifications and at least 1-2 years of ICU experience.
Details
- Medical-Surgical ICU setting in a hospital environment
- Day shift schedule: 3×12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Epic EMR used; experience preferred
Requirements
- Active TX or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience required
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Epic charting experience preferred
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
- Candidates residing in the following TX counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
- Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
- No travel pairs or groups accepted
- RTO is limited to no more than 3 days and is not permitted during the first week of orientation
- Charcoal grey scrubs required
