We are seeking a patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative Integrative Primary Care practice in Tyler, Texas. We provide training for the right provider that has practiced in family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or similar. This is a unique opportunity to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—without the constraints of insurance billing, rushed appointments, or administrative red tape. You will join a collaborative team of experienced providers in a modern, well-equipped clinic, delivering high-touch, personalized care to a membership-based patient panel.
Our practice model is built on the foundation of reintroducing traditional service to deserving patients. Care for our patients goes far beyond what is allowed within the current insurance system, exceeding expectations for executive-level concierge services. We deliver an expanded model for personal, private, accessible, and convenient medical care, all while remaining affordable. In addition to comprehensive primary and urgent care, our practice offers advanced vitality and aesthetic services, including Skin Contouring & Tightening, IV Therapy, and BioTe Hormone Replacement.
The ideal candidate is a provider who values autonomy, continuous learning, and building long-term relationships with patients. You will have the time and resources to treat the whole person, focusing on wellness, longevity, and root-cause resolution rather than just symptom management. We are looking for someone who is passionate about proactive healthcare and excited to incorporate modern therapies into their practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care, preventative care, and urgent care services to a dedicated panel of membership patients.
- Conduct extended, unhurried patient consultations to thoroughly understand and address complex health concerns and wellness goals.
- Administer and manage specialized treatments including IV Therapy, BioTe Hormone Replacement, and aesthetic procedures (training provided if necessary).
- Utilize telemedicine platforms (text, call, video) to provide convenient, accessible care to patients when in-office visits are not required.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement personalized, functional medicine-based treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
- Current DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification.
- Strong clinical diagnostic skills and prefer proficiency in minor in-office procedures.
- Strong interest in functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, and aesthetic services is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a bedside manner that prioritizes patient listening and empathy.
