**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and possess a strong background in and . As a Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting physicians in delivering high-quality medical services to our patients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform annual health assessments for patients.
- Work with patients on preventative care measures.
- Manage acute illness episodes of adults in collaboration with interprofessional teams.
- Work with patients to address the social determinants of health.
- Treat conditions; prescribe medications and nutritional supplements; order, perform, review, and interpret diagnostic testing such as laboratory studies, x-ray studies, electrocardiograms (EKGs), immunizations, Pap smears and breast exams; administer injections and immunizations; assist in surgical and post-surgical procedures.
- Perform office procedures such as dressing changes, physical therapy treatments, wound care, suture removal/closure as necessary.
- Manage preventive care
- Conduct on-call schedule in collaboration with other members of the medical staff.
- Provide instructions to patients who are prescribed self-care such as wound care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
