Job Description:
Dominion Family Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established, patient-centered primary care practice in San Antonio, known for its strong community reputation and supportive clinical environment.
Position Highlights
- Schedule & Balance: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with a dedicated 1-hour lunch break.
- Clinical Focus: Outpatient care for patients 17+, specializing in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and women’s health.
- Collaborative Environment: Join a robust team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs within a high-support, manageable-volume setting.
- Growth & Culture: Balanced approach offering mentorship for new providers alongside clinical autonomy.

Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Texas license (or eligibility to obtain)
- 1+ year of primary care experience preferred
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
