Our thriving outpatient practice is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while working alongside experienced physicians in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Whether you have experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology, Sports Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine, we welcome motivated providers eager to expand their procedural skills and clinical expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
- Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies.
- Prescribe medications, including opioid and non-opioid therapies, in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Perform in-office procedures, including trigger point injections and other non-surgical pain management treatments.
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and long-term pain management.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Experience in Pain Management or a related specialty is preferred but not required—we are willing to mentor the right candidate.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
