Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner | Orthopedic Spine | San Antonio, TX
My client is looking for “2” PAs or NPs to join their spine-focused orthopedic practice in Shavano Park, TX.
This is a true ortho-spine role — you’re in the OR and in the clinic. Not one or the other.
What the schedule looks like: Monday & Tuesday in the OR (6a–4p), Wednesday through Friday in clinic (8a–5p). After-hours call rotates monthly. No hospital call.
What you’ll be doing: First assisting in spine surgery, seeing 16–20 patients independently in clinic, and handling new patient consults on your own.
What they’re offering: $100,000–$150,000 base + surgical bonus | Medical, Dental, PTO, CME allowance, licensure fees, and conference coverage
What they need: PA-C or NP with at least 1 year of experience. New grads with surgical or OR exposure will be considered. Spine experience preferred but not required — they’re willing to train the right person.
