Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with musculoskeletal conditions and a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care. This role works collaboratively with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, rehabilitation plans, and preventive care
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as permitted by state regulations and scope of practice
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
- Participate in patient follow‑up care and monitor progress throughout the course of treatment
- Assist with pre‑operative and post‑operative patient management as needed
- Stay current on advancements in orthopedic care, techniques, and evidence‑based practices
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current certification through NCCPA (PA) or appropriate national certifying body (NP)
- Active state licensure to practice as a PA or NP
- Prior experience in orthopedics or a related specialty preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and medical decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced clinical environment

Pay: $58,216.51 – $70,110.20 per year
