A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Nurse Practitioner in San Antonio, TX. The Nurse Practitioner would be working for a Major Fortune 500 Company and has career growth potential.
Nurse Practitioner Highlights:
- Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Requires to work up to 30-38hrs per week; every other weekend required
- Training: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week for 3 weeks
- Pay Range: $72-75 Hourly
- Position Summary: Clinic Nurse Practitioners work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to a panel of patients. This includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing health management. The role emphasizes improving patient outcomes through coordinated care and reports directly to the Practice Manager.
Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and family evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health management
- Deliver health counseling and disposition planning for patients
- Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection
- Maintain a clean and compliant clinical environment
- Conduct routine exams and diagnostic testing to support patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Promote patient engagement in healthcare through screenings, wellness programs, and chronic condition management
- Support positive health outcomes through preventative care and education
Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification
- Active State License to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience preferred
- Knowledge of quality measures in chronic disease management
- Proficiency with healthcare technology and information systems
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
