Registered (Licensed) Dental Assistant – Patient-Focused Private Practice
Location: Richardson, TX

What You’ll Do
- Assist the doctor chairside in a full range of general dentistry procedures
- Assist the doctor chairside in a full range of orthodontic procedures
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and treatment areas
- Take and process digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions
- Record accurate clinical notes and assist with treatment documentation
- Educate patients on procedures, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care
- Support front and back office tasks as needed to keep the day running smoothly
- Deliver a welcoming, professional, and caring patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 1st RDA position – heavy Orthodontic experience
- 2nd RDA position – heavy General Dentistry experience
- Active Texas RDA license (required)
- 1–3 years of clinical experience
- Knowledge of Open Dental preferred
- Knowledge of iTero Scanner preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Team player with strong communication and organization skills
- Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and commitment to patient comfort
- Shifts available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays) strongly preferred
