Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Family & Aesthetics Medical Centers (FAM Centers) in Pearland, TX. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Your expertise will support patient health and well-being across diverse populations, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a patient-centered environment while utilizing advanced clinical skills and EMR systems to optimize health outcomes.

• A 4.5-day clinical work week, with 0.5 day per week of protected, dedicated admin time
• Just one Saturday clinic per month (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.) with no other weekend hours

What doing a great job will look like

• Seeing an average of 20–22 patients per day
• Delivering comprehensive, whole-person family medicine care to patients of all ages
• Completing timely, accurate documentation
• Building lasting patient relationships that reflect our “feels like family” patient experience
• Collaborating closely with our clinical and administrative team
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, patient assessments, and vital sign measurements to establish accurate diagnoses.
• Utilize EMR/EHR systems for documentation, data collection, and medical record management.
• Perform basic procedures in an outpatient setting.

We will help you do a great job through our onboarding, mentorship, and CME support

• Hands-on onboarding and EMR/workflow training with our clinical team
• Direct mentorship from Dr. Coulter, a former Associate Residency Program Director who has trained medical students and physicians
• Ongoing CME funding and protected time to keep your skills and knowledge sharp
• Regular provider meetings to align on patient care, panel growth, and practice goals
• Optional training in aesthetics services for providers who want to expand their skill set

This opportunity is perfect for the provider who:

• Is a licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with family medicine or primary care experience
• Enjoys full-spectrum family medicine from pediatrics through geriatrics, including women’s health and chronic disease management

• Is a strong communicator and a genuine team player
• Takes ownership of patient care and stays on top of documentation
• Is comfortable and confident seeing a robust daily patient volume (20–22 patients/day)

Meet your CEO and mentor

Dr. Tuere Coulter is the founder and CEO of Family & Aesthetics Medical Centers. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, she earned her B.S. in Biology (Magna Cum Laude) from Tennessee State University and her M.D. from the University of Tennessee School of Medicine, followed by residency training in Fort Worth, TX and an Obstetric Fellowship in Chicago.

Before opening FAM Medical Centers in November 2019, Dr. Coulter served on faculty at Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Texas Medical Branch–Galveston, where she trained medical students and served as Associate Residency Program Director. She has been named a “Top Doctors in Texas Rising Star” for four consecutive years and remains active in the community through health fairs and wellness initiatives. You will practice under a collaborative agreement with Dr. Coulter, with her support and guidance always close at hand.

Pay: $105,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
