Job Title: Business Development Manager
Position Overview:
The position of a Business Development Manager will manage the sales process from building a pipeline through prospecting and taking the customer through the entire sales cycle. You will work closely with all aspects of the business including other Business Developers, Operations and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Networking to fillpipelineand generate opportunities including cold calling, phoneprospectingand data mining.
- Building andmaintainingprofessional relationships
- Presenting to prospective customers in one on one and group setting
- Proactive communication with decision makers and influencers
- Working efficiently, independently and a self-starter
- Maintaining Aspire with clean andaccuratedata
- Hitting proposal and sales goals set by the company
Qualifications:
- Face-to-faceselling tomid and seniorlevel executives
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Social Media experience (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Local market knowledge
- Experience in commercial contract sales in the services industry
Work Environment:
- In office
- Traveling to customers
