Ultrasound Technologist – Vascular (with Echo Experience Required)

Job Overview
A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist specializing in Vascular imaging with strong Echocardiography skills. This role requires a highly proficient candidate capable of working in a fast-paced acute care environment without additional training.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vascular ultrasound studies with accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct echocardiography procedures including:
- Adult Echocardiograms
- Contrast Echocardiography
- Stress Echocardiograms (Treadmill)
- Ensure high-quality imaging and proper patient identification
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for diagnostic support
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Follow all clinical protocols and documentation standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Vascular Ultrasound and Echocardiography (required)
- Proficiency in:
- Adult Echo
- Contrast Echo
- Stress Echo
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- No training will be provided – must be fully job-ready
Work Requirements
- On-Call:
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Weekends: 24-hour on-call coverage
- Weekend Requirement: Yes (On-call)
- Floating: Not required
- Patient Ratio: 8:1
- 48 Hours/Week: Not approved
