Immersiv Health PRN Nurse Practitioner

Immersiv is a new medical infusion clinic company that is designed to enhance both the providers’ and patients’ experiences as they navigate through the healthcare system. About This RoleWe are seeking a part-time, hands-on, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and support infusion services in Lubbock, TX. This is a highly practical, clinical role, ideal for someone who enjoys direct patient care and is confident in their IV placement and infusion administration capabilities. This is a part-time position with an expected commitment of 8–24 hours per week.
Duties
- Perform venipuncture and IV insertion daily; confidently place needles and manage infusions.
- Administer and monitor specialty medications and infusion therapies per protocol.
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a clinical infusion setting.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical partners to ensure continuity of care.
- Support operational needs across multiple clinic sites (Kyle, New Braunfels) with travel differentials as applicable.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Texas (required).
- Comfortable and experienced in performing venipuncture / placing IVs.
- Experience in infusion therapy, specialty medications, or similar clinical settings preferred.
- Strong patient relationship skills and ability to provide excellent bedside care.
- Previous experience working at infusion centers, hospitals, or physician offices (e.g., Paragon, hospital systems, infusion competitors) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments.
Preferred Experiences
- Infusion experience with biologics and/or specialty medications
- Prior experience with ambulatory infusion center software or EMR
- Advanced practitioner with independent practice capabilities in approved states
When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour
