Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) who wants the independence of private practice while avoiding the cost, risk, and administrative burden of opening a practice from the ground up.
This opportunity is ideal for a physician who values autonomy and wants to manage their own patient panel within an established, fully operational practice.

What We Offer

- Credentialing with participating insurance plans ( Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, UHC, Aetna, etc) already contracted through the practice, with provider enrollment added under existing payer agreements where applicable
- Competitive revenue-sharing compensation based on collections
We’re Looking For
- MD or DO licensed in Texas
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Strong commitment to patient-centered primary care
- Interest in growing a long-term patient panel
- Currently affiliated with, or eligible to obtain privileges/affiliation at nearby local HCA NW Hospital
