Overview
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive patient care across diverse medical settings. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and detailed patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physiological evaluations.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions across various specialties such as emergency medicine, geriatrics, behavioral health, and critical care.
- Perform diagnostic procedures including venipuncture, IV insertion, suturing, catheterization, spinal taps, and dermal filler injections.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems to document medical records accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current certification to practice in the respective state.
- Proven experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities, and those requiring hospice or palliative care.
- Demonstrated proficiency in EMR/EHR systems ; telehealth experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively on complex health topics.
- Bilingual (ENGLISH/SPANISH) Preferred

Pay: $53,283.13 – $64,168.93 per year
