Job Description

Are you a Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of clinical experience who wants to practice in a setting where you can truly make an impact? Are you looking for a role that blends ENT, allergy, wellness, and patient-centered care in a private practice? If so, we’d love to meet you.

Our Houston-based clinic is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic team led by an experienced physician who is deeply invested in mentorship, clinical excellence, and long-term growth. This is an opportunity to work closely with a collaborative practice leader while developing specialized skills in ENT and related services.

Why Join Our Clinic?

We are not a high-volume, assembly-line practice. We focus on quality care, strong patient relationships, and creating individualized treatment plans that truly improve lives. Our clinic combines evidence-based medicine with innovation, efficiency, and a warm patient experience.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Evaluate and manage a wide variety of ENT conditions including, but not limited to, sinus issues, allergies, ear complaints, throat concerns, dizziness, and upper airway symptoms
  • Participate in procedures and in-office treatments as appropriate to your training and scope
  • Support patients through wellness-focused services that complement overall health and quality of life
  • Build long-term patient relationships in a private practice setting where continuity of care matters
  • Collaborate directly with an experienced physician who values teaching, autonomy, and professional development
  • Work in an organized, growth-minded clinic that embraces modern systems and streamlined workflows

What Makes This Role Different?

This is an excellent fit for a provider who wants more than just a job. It is a chance to become part of a respected and expanding specialty practice where your ideas are valued, your clinical judgment is trusted, and your career growth is supported.

You will gain hands-on experience in a niche specialty while working alongside a team that values professionalism, positivity, and excellence. Whether you are looking to deepen your ENT knowledge, grow procedural confidence, or establish yourself in a long-term home, this role offers real opportunity.

  • Strong communication and bedside manner
  • Interest in ENT, allergy, and related specialty care
  • Efficient, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving private practice environment
