Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Full-Time | Fort Worth, TX (76107 Area)

This is a non-corporate, team-driven environment where providers are respected, supported, and expected to practice at a high level.

You will step into a busy, established clinic with strong support staff, efficient workflows, and a patient base that values long-term relationships and quality care.

This role is best suited for a provider who is:

  • Confident managing up to 30+ patients/day
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a strong team
  • Focused on efficiency without sacrificing patient experience

Compensation Structure (Based on Experience)

We offer a tiered compensation model to reflect provider experience:

  • Entry-Level (0–2 years experience): $115,000 – $125,000
  • Experienced (2–5 years, strong clinical confidence): $125,000 – $140,000+
  • High-Performing / Tenured Providers: $140,000 – $155,000+ Final compensation is aligned with experience, clinical capability, and ability to manage patient volume effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform physical exams and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain efficient patient flow in a high-volume setting
  • Educate patients on prevention and long-term health
  • Document accurately in EMR

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed FNP or PA (Texas)
  • Family medicine or primary care experience preferred
  • Ability to confidently manage a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Strong clinical judgment and efficiency
  • Professional, team-oriented, and accountable
