The Opportunity
Join a well-established, physician-led, growing psychiatric practice serving the El Paso borderland community. We are seeking a motivated PMHNP or Physician Assistant who wants more than a job. This is a structured path to a stable, long-term career.

Clinical Environment
Outpatient psychiatry
Adult, child, and adolescent population
Full administrative and clinical support to allow providers to focus on patient care
Spanish Fluency Stipend:
$5,000 annual bonus for bilingual (Spanish/English) providers. Requires full mastery of both languages.
Licensing Support:
100% coverage for Texas and New Mexico licenses
DEA registration fully paid

Qualifications
Active Texas license (PMHNP-BC or PA-C)
Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
