Part-Time Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA) — Nuli Studios
Location: Dallas, Southlake, and Frisco, TX
Pay: $45-55/hr, depending on experience and level of training
Schedule: Part-Time (Weekends)

Nuli Studios is a premier medical spa in DFW specializing in preventative aesthetic care, including cosmetic neurotoxins, prescription retinoids, and advanced skincare. We’re building a team that combines clinical excellence with a warm, personalized client experience.
The Role
We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join us as a part-time Aesthetic Injector. If you already have aesthetic experience, great, but if you’re a strong clinician looking to break into aesthetics, we’ll train you. Our Medical Director provides hands-on mentorship so you can build confidence and skill before practicing independently.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with clients on their aesthetic goals, medical history, and treatment suitability.
- Develop personalized treatment plans using cosmetic neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport), prescription retinoids, and curated skincare products.
- Perform injections and treatments, clearly communicating risks, benefits, expected outcomes, and aftercare.
- Manage post-treatment follow-up, including monitoring for complications such as bruising, swelling, or asymmetry.
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive studio environment alongside the clinical team.
- Stay current on advancements in aesthetic medicine through ongoing education.
What We’re Looking For
- Current, active Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Strong clinical skills and solid understanding of facial anatomy.
- Aesthetic medicine experience preferred but not required — we provide comprehensive training.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude that reflects the Nuli Studios brand.
Schedule & Locations
This is a part-time weekend position:
- Saturdays: 10 AM – 4 PM
- Sundays: 11 AM – 4 PM
- Additional days may be available on an as-needed basis.
- Minimum commitment of two weekends per month is preferred.
You’ll split time between our three locations:
- Dallas: 4414 Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75225
- Southlake: 2251 E Southlake Blvd, Ste 105, Southlake, TX 76092
- Frisco: Coming Soon
Compensation & Growth
- Training phase: $30/hr while you train alongside our Medical Director gaining hands-on experience with real clients in a supported environment.
- Independent practice: $45–55/hr once you’re practicing independently, with opportunities for experience- and merit-based increases throughout your first year.

This is an independent contractor position. Please note that as an independent contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and providing your own professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
