Full Job Description
Lone Star Neurology, a leading neurology group with multiple clinics across Texas, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Dallas team. This position will be split between two of our Dallas-area clinics, with 3 days per week in South Dallas and 2 days per week in Dallas.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from:
- New graduates with a strong interest or background in neurology who are eager to learn and grow
- Experienced providers with prior neurology or relevant specialty experience, particularly in treating patients with neurological conditions
About the Role
In this position, you’ll work under the supervision of our neurologists, with opportunities to see follow-up patients independently as you gain experience. You’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality neurological care while building lasting relationships with patients.
This is a great opportunity for a provider who is interested in developing their neurology expertise within a supportive, collaborative practice environment.
Key Details
- Schedule: 5 days per week — 3 days in South Dallas and 2 days in Dallas
- South Dallas: 3430 W Wheatland Rd, Professional Building I, Suite 107, Dallas, TX 75237
- Dallas: 8210 Walnut Hill Ln., Building 1, Suite 604, Dallas, TX 75231
- Training: Initial 4–6 weeks of training will take place within the Dallas–Fort Worth area; a weekly room-and-board stipend will be provided
- Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience; salary range negotiable
- DEA License: Not required

Pay: $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
