We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing clinical team.
Position Summary:
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at REVIVE, you will provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan, working closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform health assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on evidence-based practice
- Promote preventive care and health education tailored to patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care coordinators as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) such as ECW
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in TX
- Certification from AANP or ANCC as an FNP
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads considered)
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
