Dental Assistant – Fast-Paced, High-Standard Office (Greenville, TX)

Smiley Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant who knows how to stay organized, move quickly, and get the job done right the first time.
This is not a slow office. We need someone dependable, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure without falling behind. If you need constant direction or struggle with multitasking, this won’t be a fit.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms at all times
- Seat patients, take vitals, and review medical history
- Assist dentists efficiently during procedures
- Take accurate x-rays
- Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA protocols
- Ensure trays, lab cases, and materials are ready ahead of schedule
Requirements
- Texas RDA License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Clear communication and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
