Unique opportunity with growing sleep medicine practice in Texas, working a 4 day work-week. Telemedicine and office based practice seeing patients Monday – Thursday. Mostly telemedicine from home with 1 day a month in our Fort Worth or Bedford office. 3-day weekends. Patients are seen 8:45 am to 5:45 pm. Position involves seeing patients with various sleep disorders including sleep apnea and insomnia. No call. Benefits include paid time off (up to 3 weeks PTO) holidays, health and malpractice insurance, education allowance. On the job training. MUST reside in DFW Metroplex.
Requirements: License in the State of Texas, in good standing
Optional: DEA and Medicare enrollment a plus
Salary: Base $110,000 + bonus option
