Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals in an out patient setting providing high-quality psychiatric follow up. Full training will be provided.No psychiatric experience required. New hire will be trained by psychiatrist and fully supervised. Excellent team oriented supportive work environment. Competitive salary package. 8-5 weekdays schedule no calls or weekends.
Duties
- Conduct a thorough mental health assessment of patients’ health status.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient interactions.
Requirements
- A valid Physician Assistant license and certification from an accredited program.
- Experience in Psychiatry is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical practices.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
