Alchemy Beauty is a well established and fast growing medical aesthetics and wellness clinic. We are expanding into a larger location in January and are continuing to build our wellness division which includes medically supervised weight loss, peptide and hormone replacement therapy. We are looking for an Advanced Practitioner who is passionate about patient care, long term wellness outcomes, and building meaningful ongoing clinical relationships.
This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys helping their patients achieve results based care, collaborating with a supportive team, and being part of a practice that is known for quality compassionate care and excellent results. Our clinic already has a high demand for weight loss, peptide, and hormone services.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct new patient wellness evaluations including medical history review, lab ordering and interpretation, and treatment planning
Developing individualized weight loss and metabolic care plans
Manage ongoing follow up visits including medication adjustments and progress reviews
Providing hormone replacement therapy consultations and dosing management
Collaborating with our administrative and aesthetic teams to ensure exceptional patient experience. Cross pollinating services with our aesthetic team
Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation in our EMR system
Qualifications
Current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in the state of Texas
Experience or strong interest in medically supervised weight loss and hormone therapy
Excellence in educating patients and explaining treatment plans clearly
Commitment to patient centered care and long term health outcomes
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
