Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough medical assessments to accurately diagnose patients’ health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical best practices.
- Administer appropriate medical treatments, including prescribing medications, as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and evolving healthcare needs.
- Stay current with advancements in healthcare to deliver up-to-date and effective care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Uphold ethical standards and create a safe and empathetic environment for patients.
Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with Nurse Practitioner specialization or any other related specialization is a must.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Willingness and ability to travel to remote clinics as needed –
- Fluency in Spanish for effective communication with Spanish-speaking patients.
