Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough medical assessments to accurately diagnose patients’ health conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical best practices.
  • Administer appropriate medical treatments, including prescribing medications, as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and evolving healthcare needs.
  • Stay current with advancements in healthcare to deliver up-to-date and effective care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Uphold ethical standards and create a safe and empathetic environment for patients.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with Nurse Practitioner specialization or any other related specialization is a must.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to remote clinics as needed –
  • Fluency in Spanish for effective communication with Spanish-speaking patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
