Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide counseling sessions employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) .
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute mental health episodes effectively and ensure patient safety.
- Maintain accurate mental health documentation, mental health records, and HIPAA-compliant records of patient interactions while adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote psychotherapy services while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Engage in clinical research initiatives and data collection efforts to support ongoing program development and quality improvement.
- Provide specialized counseling.
- Conduct intake assessments and coordinate patient care by integrating medical terminology knowledge with behavioral health expertise.
Experience
- Proven experience in psychotherapy practice within outpatient or inpatient settings; private practice experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly populations across diverse clinical scenarios.
- Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for diagnostic purposes and medical documentation standards.
- Experience delivering telehealth services using secure digital platforms is preferred.

Pay: $1,500.00 – $3,500.00 per week
