Full Job Description
Position Summary: Inpatient cardiology APP. Dayshift. 7 on/7 off. Position Qualification: Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program required. Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Tennessee required. Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority required or eligibility to obtain prior to employment. National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required. BLS and ACLS certification required or must be obtained within established organizational timeframe. Minimum of five (5) years of clinical provider experience preferred. Previous cardiology and/or inpatient hospital-based experience strongly preferred.
