Cole Family Practice is hiring a full time FNP! We will consider part time for the right candidate. We are a small family practice in Hermitage, TN. The owner is a FNP/CNM and the clinic has been serving middle TN since 2009. You would be one of three FNPs in the practice with the autonomy to care for your own patient base and have the support of the other providers. CFP sees the whole family- newborns, pediatrics, women’s health, men’s health, mental health, prenatal/postpartum care, acute care, chronic illnesses, procedures, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, IV therapy and some aesthetics. No weekends, no evenings, no call. Flexibility in how to make your schedule. Our office currently operates 7:30am-4:30pm M-F. This is a full-time position. At least 2 years experience preferred. No weekends or holidays. No call.
We offer competitive compensation and PTO package. No health insurance available, but compensation for a private policy is a consideration. This is a great opportunity for a FNP to enjoy autonomy and enjoy a refreshing approach to patient care.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
